We fabricated solution-processed organic complementary inverters based on α,ω-bis(2-hexyldecyl)sexithiophene (BHD6T) for p-channel and C60-fused N-methylpyrrolidine-meta-dodecyl phenyl (C60MC12) for n-channel.
